Check optimizations on several features, this month:
A better zoom for eps and psd files
When you upload an eps or psd file in Keepeek, a jpeg image is generated to display the image on the preview tab. However, zooming in that image could not provide enough sharpness to check details. To solve this issue, the system can now generate a high resolution jpg. No need to download and open the original file!
NB: this feature is free but not activated by default, so as not to overfill your storage space. To activate the HR zoom, please get in touch with your account manager.
Asset display preference optimization
Each Keepeek user has their own display preferences. Until now, the chosen display mode had to be the same in all contexts: search modes, collaborative spaces, upload wall, linked assets.
You can now have different preferences in each context: grid in the linked assets and large thumbnails in the search results, for example! Your display preferences are saved for each context.
Your grid display settings can also be different for each context!
Asset notifications on the Front End
User portal users can now get notifications by email regarding specific assets they can choose.
As soon as the file, its status or its data are modified, or when its linked assets are updated, the user gets an email to inform them.
Please note, contrary to back office developments, Front End improvements are not automatically available. Please contact your account manager if you wish to get them!
Update date
The new release will be available on the Cloud from Wednesday, January 21!
