In the past year, usages on the Keepeek platform have been gradually evolving towards new trends. For example, the share of video uploads has increased significantly in the last twelve months. For each video upload, Keepeek generates several preview and download formats. These treatments require much more resources than the generation of image formats.
To guarantee a great service, a new task scheduler has been progressively deployed in 2021 to all our SaaS customers. Last week, our DevOps team carried out an operation to significantly increase its capacity, in order to process more videos simultaneously.
