The Fondation d’Auteuil inaugurated this month online library designed to illustrate both its communication and social and educational support to young people and families in difficulty. The Fondation supports today more than 14 000 young people in some two hundred institutions.
Apprentis d’Auteuil, managed the elements of its visual communication using a software tool installed a long time ago, that is to say, before the advent of the Internet and digital photography; a change was necessary by integrating publications and videos subjects. The « Advocacy and Communication » direction now has a library service with two part-time photographers and directed by an iconographer.
The performance, the ease of use and the support services offered by Keepeek retained their votes. In particular, rights management to precise image wowed the Fondation. Prior depth reflection led by the team in place and rigor in terms of iconographic selection allowed to carry out this project. Four months were needed to cross the main stages of the construction of this rich collection of over 6000 video.

All assets have been put on the side of success for the realization of this great project in terms of production, management and conservation of the elements of visual communication of Apprentis d’Auteuil.
