Those of you lucky enough to have a Keepeek User Portal are always asking for more autonomy. Well we’ve heard you loud and clear! You will be able to manage your portal via your Back Office even more than ever before.

1/ 💥 NEW 💥 User monitoring: Alert!
As an administrator, you will receive an alert if you exceed the number of users included in your Keepeek license.
We will soon introduce a dashboard which will allow you to visualise your consumption thereby making it more easy for you to do the necessary clean-up of your users.
2/ 💥 NEW 💥 Configuring the homepage of the User Portal via the Back Office
Manage the homepage of your User Portal independently. Favourite folders, Main categories, Editorial, Latest videos… Find the new configuration interface in your Back Office, and choose and position your widgets as you see fit.
3/ 💥 NEW 💥 User portal – Highlighting of terms searched
In version 4.23, your Back Office highlighted the terms searched in the details of the media search results. Now have all your users benefit from this highlight feature in your Portals.
4/ 💥 NEW 💥 User portal – Embedding of a visual in a third-party site
It’s very common to integrate a visual or a video into a newsletter, a corporate website or even on social networks. That is why your users can now enable the sharing of an embedded code on your Portal, as is already the case on your Back Office.
Labels are a visual way to communicate specific information about your media to your users. Its indexing status, specific use, an alert, so many reasons to use them.
