KEEPEEK undertakes to provide its Users with all guarantees regarding the security and confidentiality of their personal data (here, the Data), collected and processed when using the KEEPEEK Application under the conditions set out in the General Terms of Use.
By accessing the KEEPEEK Application and/or by using one of the services offered by KEEPEEK, the User accepts that his Data be collected and processed under the terms and conditions set out below.
This policy may be modified at any time, in particular to comply with changes in legislation, regulations, case law or technical developments.
KEEPEEK undertakes to comply with the legislation in force relating to the protection of privacy with regard to the automated processing of Data, in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.

In particular, Data is stored at the Application host identified in the Legal Notice.
In order to provide its services, KEEPEEK may collect the following Data
relating to its Users.
When registering and using the Platform, the User provides Data directly to KEEPEEK. This Data includes in particular: surname, first name, email.
When using the Application, KEEPEEK collects Data relating to the connection to the Internet or the use of the Application. This Data notably includes: logging of user accesses and actions, cookies, audience measurement tools.
KEEPEEK may process data relating to its Users for the following purposes:
1. Performance of the Hosting Contract
2. Run database and log backups
3. Execute customer-specific processes, using synchronization scripts
4. Provision of information on the Application (including news, events related to its use, commercial offers, etc.), on the company and its business.
5. Provision of application usage statistics
6. Provision of face recognition functionality in the Application
7. Business relationship follow-up
The Data collected or processed during the use of the Application by the User is intended for KEEPEEK's entities, for KEEPEEK's authorized and empowered persons who, by virtue of their functions, need to have knowledge of it for the purposes of the processing as well as :
- Technical subcontractors chosen by KEEPEEK, in particular to host User Data
- KEEPEEK's service providers, in particular to ensure the proper functioning of the Application
KEEPEEK retains Data only for the period of time required for the purposes indicated above and in accordance with applicable regulations. KEEPEEK undertakes to archive, anonymize and delete Data as soon as the purpose or the retention periods expire.
The maximum retention periods apply unless a request for deletion or cessation of processing is made before the expiry of these periods. However, at the end of these periods, Data may be subject to intermediate archiving in order to satisfy KEEPEEK's legal, accounting and tax obligations.
Data is not transferred to service providers or subcontractors located outside the European Union.
In accordance with Applicable Regulations, KEEPEEK makes every effort to process Data securely and confidentially. In particular, KEEPEEK implements organizational and technical security measures to preserve data confidentiality.
The security level of these measures is adapted to the risks raised by the processing.
The User has the following rights concerning his or her data:
1. A right of access to Data,
2. A right to rectify the Data,
3. A right to object to the collection and processing of Data,
4. A right to the deletion of its Data,
5. A right to limit the collection and processing of its Data,
6. A right to Data portability.

The User is informed that the exercise of certain rights, in particular opposition and deletion, may restrict or prevent access to and/or use of the KEEPEEK Application.
If the User considers that KEEPEEK is not complying with its obligations with regard to its Data, the User has the possibility of introducing
a complaint to the competent protection and control authority of the European Union member state in which he/she usually resides.
