New graphics for your administration interface

The graphic interface of the BackOffice changes colors to offer you a more pleasant and clearer navigation experience. You will find all your features in the same places as before.

Change of ownership and status of baskets by batch

‍

After deleting and tagging baskets, 2 other information are now editable by batch: the owner (only for admins) and the status.

‍

Grid display: several thumbnail sizes available

‍

It is now possible to set several thumbnail sizes on the grid.

‍

Have the user ID in the Excel export

‍

Added a column containing the user ID in the excel export of the latter.

Change the file name nomenclature of the express download

‍

In express download, it was possible to make only 2 settings on the name: use the original file name or use the media title. It is now possible to choose another file field than the title.

Don't display thesaurus parent terms in the special conditions

‍

The full path of thesauri is no longer displayed when they are present in the special download conditions.

‍

Contact sheets: ability to center or left-align the information

‍

Added the ability to left-align fields below thumbnails in PDF contact sheets.

‍

Index attachment titles for full text search

‍

Attachment titles and descriptions can now be indexed so that the terms they contain match the text search.

‍
