You can add a tooltip to each field to provide guidance to your users. In the field description, add your recommendations in the 'Description' section.If you have a DAM in several languages, you can add a description in each language.Once your recommendations have been added in the field administration, they will appear in the edit mode and batch processing. As soon as a field has a description, an icon appears to the left of the heading and the corresponding text is displayed on mouseover.
Descriptions are visible to all contributors and administrators.
